Our name is our mission: a child's first experiences — first classroom, first friends, first teachers — deserve to be fully lived, not lost behind paperwork.
Walk into any great daycare at 4 pm and you'll see the same thing: teachers hunched over paper daily sheets and directors buried in billing spreadsheets, while the golden hours of the day slip by.
fx2live started in Brooklyn with a simple conviction: the technology that transformed every other industry can hand early educators their time back — if it's built around how a childcare center actually runs, and if it treats children's data with the seriousness it deserves.
So we built the platform we wished our own children's centers had: one system for the whole day, with an AI copilot that drafts the paperwork and a human always in charge of what gets sent.
Every product decision starts with one question: does this give children more present, less distracted adults? If not, we don't build it.
Our AI drafts, forecasts, and flags. It never sends a message, makes a judgment about a child, or replaces an educator's professional eye.
Children can't consent to how their data is used — so we hold ourselves to the strictest standard on their behalf. No selling data. No training public models on it. Ever.
We design alongside directors and teachers in Brooklyn and beyond. If a feature doesn't survive a real Monday morning drop-off, it doesn't ship.
We work from 100 E 21st Street in Brooklyn, in one of the most linguistically diverse neighborhoods in the country — which is exactly why translation, subsidy billing, and accessibility aren't afterthoughts in our product. They're where we started.
Whether you run one classroom or twenty centers, we'd love to show you what fx2live can do for your team.
